Not just a program.
We are a Community providing a pathway to Healing, Hope, & a New Future.
Integrated Mental Health Group Practice Model
We are a licensed mental health group practice providing comprehensive outpatient mental health services to individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other barriers to accessing care. Our goal is to make quality mental health treatment accessible to individuals where they are and to work collaboratively with housing agencies, shelters, and other community organizations throughout Tacoma and Pierce County.
Our clinical services include individual one-on-one counseling, group therapy, substance use disorder services (with a partnered agency), medication management, psychiatric support, care coordination, supportive housing and supportive employment. Services are individualized to meet each person's clinical needs and may be provided on an ongoing basis based on medical necessity.
We also provide supportive housing and supported employment services for eligible individuals, while partnering with housing agencies and shelters that provide housing and shelter within the community. This partnership allows individuals to have access to consistent mental health care while residing in a safe and supportive environment.
Our model is built around collaboration: our group practice provides the mental health and supportive services, while our housing and shelter partners provide the housing environment. By working together, we can help individuals access care without requiring them to first overcome the barriers associated with homelessness or unstable housing.
The goal is to create a coordinated continuum of support that helps individuals engage in treatment, improve their mental health and functioning, establish greater stability, and work toward long-term independence and community integration.
